An award-winning multi-family residential project which involved an innovative approach to creating affordable and functional housing on smaller lots than allowed for in the Official Community Plan (OCP). JCA worked closely with the City of North Vancouver planning department and staff in all areas of the rezoning and building permit process including; neighbourhood consultation meetings, Sustainable Development Guidelines, Development Application, Public Hearing, City Engineering, CPTED Guidelines and analysis, building permit documentation and related applications.
